  Alright, hear me out. My 5star review is taken from a franchise delivery pizza perspective, not a "best pizza in metro Atlanta" perspective. That being said, this Marco's (like most Marco's, but definitely not the Pleasant Hill one) knocks it out of the park. My notes are:
  
  Service: Fantastic! From the owner down to the employees they are nice, helpful and exude willingness to serve. Typically when I think Marco's I'm thinking, let's get some delivery but this location has changed my thinking!
  
  Food: Take what you'd expect from a franchise delivery style joint and triple or quadruple it. Marco's has the best dough and sauce out of any franchise delivery spot around (at least for my families tastes). Their non pizza dishes are pretty solid too. I've hade sandwiches and chicken here too. All have been tasty, warm and edible.
  
  Ambiance: You're not going to wow any first dates here but for a quick evening meal with the family it gets the job done. Ample natural light, clean and plenty of tables.
  
  Criticism: I wish the owner would buy the Pleasant Hill Marco's and bring it up to the standard of hers. I happen to fall in their delivery zone :( and I just can't stand how that location is ran!

  Rude staff, stared at us from kitchen while we waited for service. Then she looked at her phone. We left.

  I made a order for a small garden pizza and I noticed a hair on it and I called back to complain and he said it was a mushroom hair...Yes I snapped..Tell me something that,I'll believe.Im on my lunch break highly pissed off and I order from them a few time and have never had terrible customer service in my life.. Marcos store 8279.

  If I could give no stars, I would.  After 1 hour 10min, I finally called to find out where our delivery order was.  I asked for the manager who then proceeded to tell me the driver was still another 10-15 min away.  Never once did he ever apologize or try to.  After all, they were only 15 min over their quote time(30 by the time the food came). He acted rude and annoyed that I was even complaining, I mean really?!?! His answer was "well
  what do you want me to do?"  After I suggested he credit my account ($10 was his suggestion) our driver finally showed up about 15 min later with average luke warm food.  This is such a poorly run store and we will never return.

  Wow don't know where to start ...
  Took my two kids here to eat pizza and therefore I decided on Cesar  salad for myself and boy smh..
  
  Everything was mediocre to say the least ...
  Salad was consisted of old lettuce / saggy croutons and what it appears to be frozen chicken look a like ?
  
  Pizza was extremely oily and one of the worst tasting red sauce pizza I've had to date ..
  
  We trashed the the pizza and return the salad for a refund.
  
  Very sorry to have to say all this ..
